2. General Return Conditions

  • We sell electronics and electronic accessories.

  • Returns are accepted in specific situations only.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified).

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.


3. Eligible Return Reasons

You may request a replacement or return if:

  • Item received is physically damaged or broken

  • Item is defective or not working on arrival (Dead-on-arrival)

  • Wrong product or variant delivered

  • Missing parts or accessories

Photos or video proof may be required for verification.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, burning, short-circuit, or improper installation

  • Products without original packaging, box, or accessories

  • Used items showing wear or signs of installation

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Digital goods, software, or downloadable items

5. Verification & Approval Process

To request a return or replacement:

  2. Include images or video clearly showing the defect or damage

  3. Our support team will verify the claim within 2–4 business days

Approval is mandatory before sending any item back.
Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


6. Replacement Policy

  • If a product is eligible for return, we will provide a replacement of the same product after verification.

  • Replacement is subject to availability in inventory.

  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Replacement is not available

  • Order is cancelled due to stock issues

  • Valid return request is approved and product is received in acceptable condition

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • Bank processing time may take 5–7 working days

Partial Refunds:

We may deduct applicable charges if:

  • Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing

  • Product shows signs of use or tampering

  • Courier return fee applies


8. Shipping Returns

  • Customer must ensure proper packaging to avoid transit damage.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping is free.

  • If return is due to customer decision (change of mind, wrong purchase), shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using courier service with a tracking number.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If the product is in transit, please follow the return process after delivery.

We use third-party Shopify applications for:

  • Shipping and logistics

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Transit damage due to courier mishandling

  • Incorrect customer address

However, we will support customers in filing courier claims if necessary.

  • Physical, liquid, or electrical damage is not covered
