By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may request to cancel an order only before it is shipped.

  • If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and issue a refund (only for prepaid orders).

  • If the order is already shipped or in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Once a tracking number is generated or courier pickup is booked, the order is considered dispatched.


3. Cancellation Process

To cancel an order:

  1. Email us at lytraxdigitalgiant@proton.me with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”

  2. Provide your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation

  3. Cancellation approval will be confirmed by our support team

Note: Sending an email does not guarantee cancellation if the order is already dispatched.


4. Prepaid Orders Refund

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund time:

  • 5–7 business days (depends on bank/payment gateway processing)


5. COD Orders Cancellation

(Include only if you offer COD later — you can delete this section if not applicable)

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Non-acceptance of COD parcels may result in:

    • Account suspension

    • Blocking of future COD orders

    • Additional logistics fees for repeated violations


6. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation request will not be accepted if:

  • Order has been shipped or courier pickup is confirmed

  • Tracking number has been generated

  • Product is in transit or "Out for Delivery"

  • Customer provides incorrect or incomplete address after placing the order

  • Order involves clearance sale or “non-returnable” products


7. Return Instead of Cancellation

If you missed the cancellation window:

  • You may request a return after delivery only if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • “Change of mind”, “better price found”, or “no longer needed” are not valid reasons for return on electronics.


8. Third-Party Fulfillment Notice

We use third-party Shopify fulfillment applications to manage inventory, packing, and shipping.

  • Once an order is handed over to courier partners, cancellation is not possible from our side.

  • Cancellations depend on system status updates from fulfillment apps.


9. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

Cancellation requests may be rejected or flagged if:

  • Multiple cancellations from same customer

  • Invalid address entries

  • Fake order placements using multiple numbers/emails

  • COD refusal on repeated attempts

We reserve the right to block or blacklist customers engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
